I'm very excited that the family name picture is completed and successfully delivered to its commissioner, Rachel, who has given her kind permission for us to share it. She loves it, as do the rest of the family - phew! The picture itself is 16" x 12" and is fully mounted and framed as the customer ordered. I used pen, gloriously bright watercolour dyes and just a few watercolour paints, with iridescent embellishment to add a soft sheen and shimmer to chosen sections. Rachel tells me that the picture now has pride of place in her family room and is being much admired by friends and family alike.
